Safety Guidlines
Please see the instruction manual for a full listing of the safety guidelines. Cauldryn uses and creates hot water and steam. This can cause burns,and care should be taken to avoid injuries. Cauldryn uses lithium batteries. Lithium batteries should not be exposed to extreme temperatures or moisture. DO NOT SUBMERGE CAULDRYN PRODUCTS. Take care to not cause physical abuse or damage to your Cauldryn product. Inspect your product for signs of physical damage before use, including all o-rings. If it appears that there has been any physical damage or exposure to excessive moisture, DO NOT USE YOUR CAULDRYN, and contact us for help.
How long does the battery last?
The battery will last 10 hours depending on the use of the bottle.
Is this safe for airplane carry-on?
Yes, batteries meet carry on requirements for all major US airlines, but we always recommend checking with your airline before your flight if you are unsure as airline rules and regulations are at the discretion of each airline and subject to change.
Can you charge the battery with a USB plug?
No, it is charged with an AC Adapter, similar to a computer.
How precise of a temperature range does it keep?

The temperature average temperature variation of the liquid is only +/-2 degrees once’s it reaches your set temperature. You may notice the readout being a bit lower than that after disconnecting power. it reads a bit lower than that because the temperature sensor is at the bottom of the bottle where there is no vacuum, so the temp at the very bottom drops faster than the whole, and we have to account for that. If you had a thermometer right in the middle you would see it stay +/-2 degrees. That is also why you would notice that it heats up much faster from those lower temps after reaching temperature than if you were heating the whole thing up from cold, it basically just has to heat the bit at the bottom.
Is the bottle dishwasher safe?
No, the bottle is handwash only. Do not place in dishwasher.
How long does it take until it reaches boiling?
From ice water, it will be about 18-20 minutes until boiling. From room temperature, it will be about 8-10 minutes.
Does it make drinks cold?
No, it can only heat drinks. Though it is vacuum-insulated so if you put a cold drink in the bottle, it will keep it cold.
How long does it take for a battery to fully charge?
From a dead battery, the small battery will take approximately 2 hours to fully charge.
